I've been following ARDX for the last two years; solid fundamentals and within the last 6 or 7 months had a second drug get FDA approved. I think it's been grossly forced down by institutions and due for a serious correction.

That happens often when drug development and sale doesn’t end up going as expected, but a good example of one that’s been successful at drug development, approval, sales, growth, etc is ARDX. Been following / in it since about Aug 22 and it’s done nothing but wonders.

Did about $500k in profit on ARDX got out with CC (would have done another $400k if I skipped the CC and held to the same time frame).
I'm using the same strat I used with $ARDX, aka sold half my position to secure my original investment now I let it ride. $ARDX paid off. I got in at .77 right now sitting at 9.50 with $EVA got in at .47, we shall see what happens

There are a few I have in mind, which will explode is hard to say. But i like ROKU, AMRX TWST, DUOL, ARDX, AAOI All of those look really good right now and not nearly as extended as SMCI. RXST is nice as well but already a bit extended, though still very far from SMCI levels so there might still be a few bucks to be made from it

LXRX's drugs have potentially much bigger market than ARDX's With new accumulations and short covering (17% of float shorted) LXRX may reach $8 -$12 by end of March.

basically BR filed a 13G for those 2 stocks at the same time and the price went down. keep in mind the abuse of short selling is a problem in these markets. so when I saw BR filed a 13G for ARDX this friday, it had me thinking it could happen again. but just my theory not facts

It happens… I bought ARDX on what appeared to be good news… it went down.. then sat idle.. for like a month, 1 day I see it move up & dump it for like $.50/share more than I paid, made a couple bucks… it took off, I sold at the beginning of an almost $3/share increase… I didn’t lose, just could’ve made a bunch more… I didn’t lose is what makes me happy… 😊
ARDX up 50% over the last 5 sessions…..limited downside with 2 products on the market and exponential sales growth for the foreseeable future. Several analyst upgrades over the last 2 days.

$ARDX has been on a tear. Upbeat revenue guidance and more deals for 2024. Got in at $2, don’t see it going down anytime soon. Great company.

You're in a lucky place as of today, not at all a safe place. Your portfolio is in super volatile stocks that have just pumped a massive amount, don't expect to make these returns consistently or think that they'll stay there. After a big pump even the best stocks tend to average out between where they averaged and where they reached. Good strategies that are time-tested: 1. Buy index funds like QQQ, or at least things you believe in. 2. Dollar cost average, this means don't bother trying to time the market and just buy in when you get paid or have extra cash laying around. 3. Never sell index funds, use crashes as opportunities to buy at a discount. 4. Don't put more than 10% of your account in a single position unless it is an index fund. If you like bitcoin buy it directly, or the GBTC ETF, instead of MARA. MARA is a cash burning pump and dump company whose value is entirely tied to bitcoin anyways. It's terribly pumped right now and has traditionally been an absolute loser of a company that dilutes its shares. A huge dip from here is almost guaranteed. >In the year-to-date period, MARA achieves a 542.40% return, which is significantly higher than BTC-USD's 155.45% return. Over the past 10 years, MARA has underperformed BTC-USD with an annualized return of -8.13%, while BTC-USD has yielded a comparatively higher 34.06% annualized return. ARDX is extremely volatile and it shouldn't be more than 10% of your portfolio. It's pumped a lot in a short amount of time and there's a good chance of correcting down to $3-4 from where it's at now. Not saying you should sell off to try and time a potential downswing, I'm saying that you should not maintain such a large portion of your portfolio in it just as a matter of risk and discipline.

My system for 0dte scalping is either for QQQ or SPY; it's very simple: wait at least 15 and no more than 45 minutes after market open and buy calls or puts no more than $2.00 away from current. If UVIX is high, the $2.00 away strike price works better; if UVIX is low or your crystal ball says today won't budge much, then place strike $1.00 away from current. Because \~70% of market volatility takes place before noon, you should know by noon whether to cut your losses, sell, or hold even longer, though I'm partial to selling around noon most times. Happy hunting.

Ardylex ARDX $5.91 Nasdaq. Price targets $10-$12, likely move higher. Good story, and honest determined management. Huge market opportunity for their drugs in kidney patients. Fireweed Metals. FWZ. TSX $1.10. Huge Zinc silver lead deposit still being explored out, beside a huge tungsten deposit. Critical metals. Canadian. I know the property - worked it 41 years ago. It will be bought out by a larger producer like Teck or Lundin.
ARDX, I have it and am holding. Strangely it dropped to $3.50 after approval. Now it is on the rise.

The stock price has not yet seemed to recognized this, waiting for some earnings to come in apparently. Also a buyout at a much higher price is a good possibility. Biotechs took a beating this week (and most of the nephrology stocks), lots of undervalued opportunities. Recommending looking into $DVA, $ARDX, $BAX among others
Use the weekend to do some DD on $ARDX. Xphozah just got FDA approval. Huge profit margin on the drug with high adoption interest. First-in-class treatment for high phosphate in dialysis patients with a patent that doesn’t expire until 2033. Price was suppressed this week likely due to high option interest that just expired. Share price was over $9 before initial FDA rejection so it has a large gap to fill.
$ARDX suppressed with large option interest after FDA approval. Medication has good margins, affordable price and widespread use with no immediate competition. Won’t see profits on it reported till next quarter. Good play for long term hold value or wheeling CCs for the next few months. The price has barely moved since FDA approval. The price suppression has on large interest at $4c and $5c is perfect for those who still want to get in with actual stock purchases. Options are getting burned because this is likely to hit $8 within the year and hit at least $6 almost overnight once they let it move.

ARDX has 22 million shares shorted. Not a big number or percentage, but given the ticker was hallted all night for news, and the news was FDA approval of their drug, it's gotta suck for anyone short that couldn't close those shorts because of the halt. Imagine being that guy.

Biotech are like lottery tickets, find one with something that hasn’t been approved yet and buy it low, and wait. You either win the morning they get fda approval for whatever drug, or they dilute/RS you into oblivion. I’m holding DARE, ARDX, and XLO, and watching CRBU, CARM, and PLX.

General consensus on $ARDX? This one has me stumped. Was on my watch list with pending FDA approval tomorrow (10/17), but hasn't had the action I expected. Wondering if I read this one wrong from the beginning...
Bought some OCT 20 ARDX $4.00c this morning. FDA approval/disapproval news should hit this week and supposedly there is an 88% probability that their drug is approved since it was already recommended by the advisory panel and the FDA has an 88% chance of approving a drug if it's passed by the advisory panel. It's also pumping now that people realized they confused ARDX with another ticker that did not get FDA approval - ALDX. Just an FYI for people to keep it on their radar.
ARDX has a PDUFA on Tuesday the 17th. May run in anticipation of approval.
