Anyone long NIVF? Looks interesting, the stock tanked to pennies not so long ago when it deSPAC'd and now it seems it's going back to life after announcing the reverse merger. The company is issuing 53.6M shares to shareholders of EWIHL in exchange for 100% equity interest of EWIHL, at a price of $5/share. Currently trading in the range of $1.7-$1.8 after the recent surge (so there's likely uncertainty about whether the deal actually goes through). The CEO stated "I believe that the deemed price of $5 per share confirms that our current share price is undervalued compared to the long-term fair valuation of the company". Looks like a few shorts got caught with their pants down too.

the volume on BCAN looks a lot better than NIVF. But will continue to monitor this one.
