I've been in and out of GDHG several times all at small loses. Such a lousy company. I'm sure there's money to be made there by smarter folks with better timing, but I also don't trust it's management or oversight at all
Yeah, its mind games with the pennystocks. At one point it becomes gambling and you really cant know which one of them peaked and which one is going to skyrocket. I got nice lump of money with KULR but also got fucked with ASTS by buying it at absolute peak… I wont buy anymore of ALCC, will put some small money in GDHG and try to get on the wave
I appreciate the honest response. I read the Hindenburg report, and I also believe that helped shorters and thst it wasn't based on any facts. I can't find the original article, but just visit hindenburg research website and you can easily see they are full of Sugar Honey Ice Tea. I think my question is legitimate. You have been pumping this for months, so you have to have an answer. Were you aware of delisting notice? I haven't seen it any of the posts you have made. Do you think GDHG will be compliant by June? Yes or No?
I realize I should have titled this: GDHG has a delisting warning. Are you aware? Are you concerned? What's your strategy with GDHG? I think that would have simplified the responses. I chose a random number for RS. BCAN, another penny stock that was pumped, had a 1 for 190 reverse split on 3/22/2024. Maybe it was on the top of my mind as the last stock that pumped before an RS. BCAN was given a compliance warning in January, and they did the reverse split in March. GDHG is different, so it would be a different value and have different results. And to your point, there may be no RS for GDHG ever. I just wanted to know if people who jumped into GDHG even considered the little matter of delisting. You answered by telling me it didn't matter because 3 months was enough time to get to a $1, they have 100 billion market cap, and they can just ask for an extension. I appreciate your response, and now I have a better idea of the people who are buying GDHG and what their game plan is. Thank you.
You make a lot of good points. The reverse split number is just an example. Shareholders would get to vote a split if it came to that, and it hasn't come to, so there is NO way I could actually have a number for an RS. I honestly feel that it could hit $0.52 next, so swing play may be what I chase with GDHG next week. I think I would be comfortable with a limit buy order of .30 or lower and sell at .36 or .40 something. I wanted a discussion to see what others' thoughts were on this matter. Float being locked up because of increased interest and a company buyback could mean they could get $1 without the two possibilities I mentioned.
GDHG Do I believe it's a good company? I don't really day trade pennies on financial fundamentals. I do believe, however, that this sub and stocktwits are locking up the float, and I also believe there are catalysts coming up, which will combine with that to be easy May 2x or 3x gains.

If you don't know what is GDHG it's a chinese stock that it's pushed down by Hindenburg shorters doing a report not completely true gaining a lot of money. Now it's getting attention and investors are flowing in money. They have lot of partnerships signed in last 2 months and financial agreement, insiders own lot of shares outstanding and they want now their revenge with the Hindenburg. I think 1$ is a conservative price and easy to cross in coming days. I think money has no color or nation so don't say chinese stocks are shitty stocks cause if you know how trade you can gain a lot (HKIT HOLO etc...). I don't want to know the Short Interest or the cost to borrow or the FTDs here cause the fundamentals are too good to look at a squeeze but if it will squeeze cause it's heavy shorted ..well ..I don't know how high GDHG can go..not surprised if over 2$ GLA and enjoy the ride with GDHG.

Alright. I put in a lot of my play money this money into RKLB. Got ~20 shares. Long term. Next, I put a little more in KULR. looking to hit above 70 cents, short term of summer long term EoY Lastly, watching GDHG but I don't really know what else to look out for ATM, just been pushing my dividend stocks and HYSA. If you check the Reg SHO Threshold List - GDHG isn't listed and there aren't any FTDs. Hindenburg exposes scams such as Mullen. GDHG looks more like insider manipulation rather than a short squeeze.

Again your accusations are baseless. How is this any different from people wanting to share their plays. GDHG lives rent free in your mind, move on. You have added nothing to this conversation. You haven't backed up a single claim or pointed out anything in your "DD".
The fact that you and your buddies have a discord where you own 5 million shares of this garbage. The reason GDHG is constantly spammed is because you are looking to dump your bags onto unsuspecting victims. GDHG is the most spammed ticker across all of the subreddits but it's really just 3 or 4 people (or less who have multiple accounts) constantly posting about it. Trying to give off the illusion that this is a popular choice when anyone who digs just a little can see this is a dumpster of a company and anyone who invests in it is bound to lose. Then same reason why anytime it moves up, no matter how small or how short lived, all of the subreddits hear about it.
I went ahead and bought a small portion of GDHG, but it's more a gamble. Hoping it's at its lowest and the only way is up.

I started following RILY and GDHG at the same time. I quickly dropped gdhg but rily has treated me very well. Wish I had the balls to jump on ibrx earlier but I’ve been burned by biotech before.

My DD on GDHG began and ended with "Chinese real estate developer." That market is is like a cannon shot into the ground, loud and going nowhere. Unless everyone on this sub found the same unicorn, then I'll be happy for y'all from the sidelines.
Yeah I’m one who made a ton off RILY this week. It’s a stock with a fair value of around ~$50, the only thing driving down the value was a delayed 10-k. We all just took a gamble that it would be filed. Once it was, it’s returning to that same ~$50 value but now with a 75% short interest (thanks to some aggressive shorts with large twitter followings that were betting against the 10-k being filed). Couple the 10-k with an earnings call in the next couple weeks, the upcoming sale of Great American and it’s just an extremely unique scenario that is going to continue to print money for the next few weeks. I still recommend to people to hop in before earnings, it’s only to about half of what it can realistically do. The short position has people thinking triple digits, I don’t think it gets there because shorts learned how to manage exiting better after the GME situation but it is definitely more than a non-zero chance. GDHG I did my DD on because I saw it so much in here and I just don’t see it. I’d like everyone to make money and I know it’s cheap so it’s accessible to people with smaller bankrolls, but what’s the game changing catalyst? Rooting for you GDHG guys as well, but I can’t back the play. I did buy into a $9,000 $11c 5/10 position on ENVX today and I’d recommend folks do their DD on it. Earnings on 5/1, a livestream with their new CEO who is of note in the industry on 5/5, lots of positive operational changes, terribly undervalued, and a decent short position. Stock itself was up 10% today. I think this one also has very big legs and a very cheap entry point still before the earnings call.
Results not typical, this is a rare bird. Most things in here will lose a la GDHG. I may increase my position. Any sort of catalyst I.e. earnings beat and it will pop. NFA
When someone posts a ticker, check their post history. If they have ever pushed GDHG just ignore their post.

GDHG is so much worse than RILY. RILY has way more potential. RILY has had 1 catalyst done so far. ER comes up in a week. It still has one of the highest SI%. it’s also almost about to break through resistance which is around the 39-40 level. RILYs fair value alone is around $50-80 depending on who you ask. They also regained NASDAQ compliance. They also have a dividend. There’s also stuff with GAP coming soon. anyways, do what you want with your money and whatever feels safe, but RILY is definitely the play.
GDHG is trash. SBFM is moving and other groups I'm a part of alerted on this with actual information and justification. My point is posting "Time to buy $X" is unhelpful. If you actually gave a shit and wanted to help, why not include the information instead of basically saying "buy this, but do your own research".

MVST - wild day yesterday. Picked up 1000 shares at discount. Went from -30% back to -15%. ALLG - expecting stellar earnings, business results and guidance

(see below business model, this brings people to the Parks. Revenues generated, have no or little cost) ✅- had poor revenues in 2023, due to a closed Park and other issues. This makes beating expectations in 2024 easier. The first report was record attendance during Chinese New Year. It was an exaggeration and you are right, it is finally up a decent percentage. But I knew exactly what stock OP was talking about. Before GDHG started going up we would get 1 to 2 posts a week about it. Now that it's finally going up it's more like 4 posts a day. It's excessive and annoying.
